unohu is a marketplace connecting buyers and connectors through warm introductions. unohu is operated in accordance with Malaysian law and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at contact@unohu.app.

At this stage, unohu only operates a waitlist. The data practices described below relating to payments and platform activity will apply once the platform launches.

When you join the waitlist or create an account, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your self declared expertise or product and service description
• Your payment method to receive commissions
• Messages sent through the unohu platform
• Activity on the platform including intros made, offers posted, and transactions processed

We use your data to:

• Manage your waitlist position and notify you when access is granted
• Operate your unohu account and facilitate introductions
• Process commission payouts via bank transfer
• Mediate disputes where transactions have been processed through the platform
• Maintain platform integrity and identify accounts that violate our terms

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not use your data for any purpose beyond operating unohu

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Note that transaction records may be retained for compliance purposes.

Under the Malaysian PDPA you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Commission payouts are processed via bank transfer to support AML compliance. unohu does not store or process card details.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email.
